For us, the collaboration with Legacy means faster and more efficient processes. At the same time, it will allow us to do CO2 forecasting, which will be a valuable tool for our Asset Managers when they need to assess the optimisation opportunities for each building in our portfolio.

The automatic collection of consumption data, emissions calculations, and the ability to combine data sources, ensures that we always have the best data available. It allows us to elevate our reporting while reducing our time spent significantly.

With Legacy, we will have the best conditions possible to reduce our buildings’ CO2 emissions. By using the insights from Legacy, we identified buildings that didn’t perform quite as well compared to others. This enabled us to implement targeted improvements in energy consumption and emissions for the underperforming buildings and, thus, optimize the overall portfolio performance. In 2023, we achieved a significant milestone by benchmarking our buildings for the first time. Legacy played a pivotal role in this process, enabling us to see that we’re on the right path to reduce emissions.
